Jimmie Kramer's The Peanut Bar, Inc. will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

A. Dates of Contest:
The Contest will begin October 24, 2011 and end January 30, 2012. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

B. How to Enter:
1: Place the Official Peanut Patrol Magnet on the rear of your vehicle. These are available at Jimmie Kramer's The Peanut Bar, Inc. 332 Penn Street, Reading PA 19602 and may be picked up during open hours, Monday-Saturday 11am-11pm.

C. How to Win:
1. Peanut Patrol members will be looking for vehicles with Peanut Patrol magnets or stickers. If you are spotted, your license number will be displayed on Jimmie Kramer's The Peanut Bar, Inc. web site. One winner per vehicle. Qualified winners of the Prize will be entered for a chance to win a grand prize of a party for 10 people, food only due to PLCB Regulations. Prize Patrol winners must be present when final drawing is done. Peanut Patrol Official entry form at Jimmie Kramer's The Peanut Bar, Inc. 332 Penn Street, Reading PA 19602. Weekly winners will receive a Gift Certificate. Winners must be 21 years old or older, present a valid driver license or legal id and vehicle registration to claim winnings.

2. Grand Prize Drawing will be held in January 2012, March 2012, June 2012, and September 2012 at Jimmie Kramer's The Peanut Bar, Inc. 332 Penn Street, Reading PA 19602. All contestants must register at contest desk starting at 3pm. All contestants must be present and checked in by 5:00pm. No substitutions of contestants permitted. Contestants must show legal ID to participate. At approximately 5:30pm, a drawing will be conducted. Entry forms of all Contestants present, will be placed in a container. One entry will be drawn for a chance to win the Grand Prize of a party for 10 people.

D. Prize Description:
1. Weekly Prize Lunch Max Value $25.00 or dinner for 2 Max Value $50.00 excluding alcohol.

2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize. If a winner is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner.

3. Eligibility and Limitations. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 21-years old and have a valid drivers license and owner's card as determined by the Company and reside in Berks County. Employees of the Company and members of their immediate family are not eligible to win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriages(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. The Company is not responsible for computer, hardware or software errors or failures of any kind.

4. Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

5. Release. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.

6. Conduct and Decisions. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company.
